Performs a variety of duties in connection with the maintenance of building, machines and equipment.
Under close supervision laminates steel or aluminum elements for use in ultrasonic sensors.
Under general supervision visually inspects in-house molded parts from several molding machines, and packages accordingly.
Under general supervision, independently sets up and operates pieces of equipment regularly for production requirements.
Analyzing data (quality, productivity and test data), troubleshooting production builds, reviewing failed test units to Identify root cause. Works with Engineering to introduce new products/improve processes/assists with daily production needs.
Performs electronic production assembly operations of a repetitive nature to build up and assemble ultrasonic sensors.
Under general supervision builds samples, installs boat test equipment and provides support as needed to engineering.
The Systems Engineer will be a member of the Product Development team.
Under general supervision, prepares cable, assembles and solders connector plugs to cable for use in ultrasonic sensors.
